“Pets and Pats are like family to my dog. Always comes back from his days at the farm happy and he adores the dog handlers. He has also stayed a number of times for lodging and we know he is so well taken care off it’s very reassuring when we are away. Highly recommended.”
“Abby our dog has been going to pets and pats for many years now. She is very excited when the pup bus arrives to take her and exhausted when she gets home. When we go away Abby can’t wait to stay over. We have always found all the staff friendly and professional. We highly recommend their services for your pet dog!”
“Our dog loved going to Pets and Pats. The handlers are lovely and are so kind whenever they picked up or dropped him off. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy.”

“Hi we have been following the nasty saga the council and media has put you through over the last 18 months.
My daughter Kelly’s husky Bowie has been coming for over 4 years. He absolutely loves coming. Bowie is not a very talkative husky but on Fridays we certainly know when the van drives down the road as he talks loudly. He can’t wait to get into the van and spend his day at the farm.
Kelly drops bowie at our house for pickup so we see how happy is in on going and coming home.
We have found all your staff very professional, the vans are new and well presented. The method of crating them inside superb.
The council have and are not all dog friendly and we are not surprised the harassment you have been subjected to from them. We need someone to run as mayor on a dog friendly focus.
If you need to give our email or phone number to prospective clients we would be happy to share our experiences.
Keep up the good work providing the necessary support to working dog parents.”

We will discuss all of this with you and if there are ever any changes we always let you know. As an example your dog would be picked up between 8am - 9am and dropped home between 2:30pm - 4.00pm depending on what day of the week. Some days there are more dogs than others, Monday and Friday for example there are always fewer dogs as people have had time with them at weekend, but also Friday Auckland traffic can be a nightmare! Some days there are more dogs to get cleaned down, if it’s wet it takes more time to get them clean.

To ensure you and your dog are happy and that we are a good fit for your family and the other families in our care. As a bespoke daycare, we have a number of measures in place to keep all new and existing dogs happy and safe. This means, ensuring that any new pups are given the chance to settle into their new second home. Each dog's behaviour is monitored closely by our specialists on their first day for assessment. This means that we can keep our premises, as a safe and healthy second home for our guests.
