WHY DO YOU HAVE AN ORIENTATION FOR DOGS?
As a bespoke daycare and lodging provider, we have a number of measures in place to keep all new and existing dogs happy and safe. This means, ensuring that any new pups are given the chance to settle into their new second home. Each dog's behaviour is monitored closely by our specialists on their first day for assessment. This means that we can keep our premises, as a safe and healthy second home for our guests.
WHAT CAN I USE MY COMPLIMENTARY $195 VOUCHER FOR?
We want your dog to be able to settle in and experience our Doggy Day Care & Lodging in the best possible way! That means we need a chance to monitor how they settle in with the other dogs and other aspects of the farm. It's one week of free services to ensure pup and pawrents are happy with our process.
CAN I LODGE WITHOUT BEING IN DAYCARE?
Our Daycare pups are our VIP's and given priority for Lodging. We can only take 8 Lodging pups per night. If you're a daycare pup, you are guaranteed a lodging spot when needed, otherwise lodging for one off clients is subject to availability.
HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE OUR DOG'S SAFETY?
Our process means that each dog is monitored closely to seek out any behavioural problems before being accepted. We are fully fenced and gated. Our ration of staff to dogs in 1 to 4, which means they're under control at all times.
CAN WE COME AS CASUAL CLIENTS?
As we pick up and drop off our daycare pups, we are unable to take casuals! It is also a safety risk as dogs are able to familiarise themselves with each other when they meet on a regular basis.
